Three great European wines from completely different terroirs, and one question: what turns a good wine into a truly great one?

We'll start with the mineral elegance and power of a Grand Cru Chablis, move on to a juicy, Merlot-led Saint-Émilion and finish in the Sardinian sun with the legendary Turriga. Burgundy, Bordeaux and Sardinia bring different grapes and different philosophies, but all three wines have a claim to a place among the world's greats. We'll compare them and look for what exactly makes a good wine unforgettable.
