A walk-around night devoted to Chardonnay Champagne: growers, great houses, single-village and single-vineyard bottlings — plus Fancy Junk Food.
What kind of evening is this?
An unforgettable night in the company of the most elegant Blanc de Blancs — Chardonnay Champagne at its finest. Expect top Champagne houses and grower legends, mono-cru (single-village) bottlings, single-vineyard Champagnes, and the most celebrated Chardonnay blends from the grandes maisons.
And yes — the famously dangerous “Fancy Junk Food” by Truff le Pig, available for a symbolic extra fee.
How will it work?
Walk-around tasting format: you’ll receive your glass at the entrance, stroll up to the Truff le Pig bar, ask to be poured (again and again) whatever your heart desires, order food, and enjoy the evening in high spirits.
Availability: from each Blanc de Blancs Champagne there will be exactly one bottle. Clearly, it won’t be enough for everyone — but we can guarantee: no one will leave thirsty, and you’ll absolutely get your share of good Blanc de Blancs in the glass.
